SOTI shall not be liable for any fraudulent recruitment activities carried out by unauthorized individuals or organizations.” What You’ll Do Provides day-to-day management of all infrastructure components including but not limited to Network Infrastructure and Security Applications and Appliances Creates and maintains supporting documentation, including but not limited to Network Infrastructure diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, Disaster Recovery Plans, and IT policies and procedures. Establishes network specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements; designing router administration, including interface configuration and routing protocols. Establishes network by evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency; planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment; defining network policies and procedures; establishing connections and firewalls. Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendor. Secures network by developing network access, monitoring control, and evaluation. Upgrades network by conferring with vendors, developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements. Coordinate with key stakeholders to identify future needs and requirements & develop future state architecture. Provide level 3 technical expertise for projects and issues related to Network infrastructure. Ensure the security of information technology assets, data, network access, and backup systems, and implement monitoring and alerting systems to verify the security of internal and external systems Special Conditions: Some evening and weekend work will be required (as required) Ability to provide 24-hour on-call and on-site emergency support (as required) Experience You’ll Bring University Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Networking, Engineering, or a related technical field. At least 2 – 5 years of progressive experience in IT Networking and/or Server Infrastructure. Fundamental understanding of Network Performance Tuning Fundamental understanding of LAN, and WAN protocols. Fundamental understanding of Network Design and Implementation Fundamental understanding of DNS, DHCP, VLAN, and Routing Proven strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent report and documentation writing skills. Practical experience managing network software and network hardware devices. Experience with monitoring tools, monitoring methodologies, escalation processes, and procedures. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Strong customer focus, ownership, urgency, and drive Proven ability to mentor and train others Strong communication skills and organization skills Nice to Have: Relevant certifications (Network +, Security +, CCNA, CCSA) Experience with Checkpoint Products Experience with HP/Aruba Product #LI-VP1 If you want to bring your ideas to life, apply at SOTI today.
