Tech Lead Experience

Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Microservices & Distributed Systems:
  • Deep experience designing, developing, and deploying microservices‐based architectures.
  • Familiarity with messaging patterns, API gateways, load balancing, and service discovery. Strong understanding of distributed systems challenges (scalability, fault tolerance, event‐driven design).
  • Containerization & Cloud Orchestration:
  • Hands‐on expertise with Kubernetes for container orchestration (deployment, scaling, networking).
  • Proficiency in Docker containerization and best practices for container security.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their native services (container registries, load balancers, logging/monitoring solutions).
  • DevOps & CI/CD
  • Proven track record setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of version control (Git), automated testing, and release management.
  • Monitoring & Metrics
  • Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) for collecting and visualizing metrics (CPU, memory, application logs, system events).
  • Experience building custom metrics tracking systems (e.g., collecting developer metrics, PR data, code coverage).
  • Ability to define SLAs/SLOs and implement alerting/incident management workflows.
  • Security & Compliance
  • Solid understanding of application security, network security, encryption (HTTPS/TLS).
  • Implementation of GDPR compliance or data privacy policies in software solutions.
  • Familiarity with Role‐Based Access Control (RBAC) for multi‐tenant and enterprise environments.
  • API Design & Integration
  • Expertise in RESTful API design, GraphQL or gRPC (bonus).
  • Experience integrating with external or internal services (VS Code Server, AI/ML models, etc.).
  • Knowledge of authentication and authorization standards (OAuth, JWT, SAML).
  • AI/ML Pipeline Integration
  • Some exposure to machine learning or AI model lifecycle (model endpoints, inference, orchestration).
  • Ability to integrate model agents (e.g., code generation, code suggestions) with broader system infrastructure.
  • Understanding of data privacy and performance considerations in ML deployments.
