Strong team playerGood understanding of Operational Risk Management.Detailed operational and technical knowledge of a range of products, processes & systems.Excellent communication skillsCommitment to values and goals of firm must be demonstratedKey AccountabilitiesAbility to initiate & implement controls and manage riskAbility to contribute towards strategy.Proactively maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholdersEnsure timely escalations are done for issue encountered while performing BAU activitiesPerformance IndicatorsFeedback from stakeholders, internal & external.
