Whatyou willdo:
Campaign Management: Set up monitor and optimize advertisingcampaigns on the DSP to ensure they meet the clients objectives andperformancegoals.
Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to adserving targeting tracking and reporting. Work closely with thetech team to enhance the platformscapabilities.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data toidentify optimization opportunities. Prepare and present detailedreports to clients and internalteams.
Collaboration: Work with the sales and account management teams tounderstand client needs and provide operational support forcampaign planning andexecution.
Process Improvement: Develop and implement best practices for adoperations to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated onindustry trends and advancements in DSPtechnology.
Team Support: Provide guidance and support to junior ad operationsstaff. Contribute to the teams knowledgesharing and professionaldevelopment.
Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Advertising Computer Science or arelated field.
Minimum of 3years of experience in ad operations preferably within a DSP adnetwork or digital advertisingagency.
Strong understanding ofprogrammatic advertising ad serving technologies and digitaladvertising metrics.
Proficientin data analysis with the ability to derive insights fromperformance metrics.
Excellentproblemsolving skills and attention todetail.
Strong communicationskills with the ability to explain technical concepts tonontechnical audiences.
Abilityto work collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment.

Bachelor sdegree in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, or a relatedfield.
