Job Description
At WLDD, a Copywriter is responsible for creating and executing high-quality, on-brand, and effective copies for all marketing campaigns and/or WLDD’s digital properties.
They are responsible for creating clear and compelling copies that support the objectives of the briefs provided by clients.
Senior Copywriters manage and lead the team of Executive and Junior copywriters of the Content Team.
KRAs
Develop and implement the copywriting strategy, ensuring that it aligns with the overall marketing strategy and the client's direction.
Collaborate with the Campaign and distribution team to develop a strong content strategy during marketing campaigns.
Develop and maintain the company's tone of voice and ensure that all copy is consistent and on-brand.
Write high-quality copy which is aligned with topical trends and millennial/ Gen-Z lingos
Act as an editor and review all copy written by the copywriting team, providing feedback and guidance to ensure that all copy is effective, and meets the required standards.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to ensure that the copywriting team is always at the forefront of the industry.
Foster a positive and productive work environment for the copywriting team, promoting creativity, collaboration, and teamwork.
Continuously evaluate and refine the copywriting strategy to ensure that it remains effective and relevant.
