Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) Architect and Consultant with expertise in SuccessFactors. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in implementing and managing complex integration projects, utilizing their deep knowledge of SAP CPI and SuccessFactors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement custom integration solutions using SAP CPI.
  • Manage and configure CPI tenants and set up environments in the BTP cockpit.
  • Utilize SFAPI and SF OData API for interfacing with SuccessFactors.
  • Handle complex SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) scenarios including Transfer, Global Assignment, and Concurrent Employment profiles.
  • Develop inbound interfaces towards Employee Profile (EP), Employee Central (EC), and other SF modules.
  • Manage and integrate SF EC Org structures and related information.
  • Implement and support various communication protocols and adaptors such as HTTP, FTP/SOAP, OData, Mail, SFTP, SuccessFactors, JMS.
  • Execute web service interfaces and manage user roles and access.
  • Implement key-based and certificate-based authentication for secure data transactions.
  • Leverage XSLT and Message Mapping techniques for data transformation (highest priority).
  • Develop Groovy scripts to enhance integration flows (high priority).
  • Utilize Camel Expressions for routing and mediation rules.
  • Convert data formats (XML, JSON, CSV, EDI) as needed.
  • Apply PGP encryption and decryption for secure data handling.
  • Configure and deploy pre-packaged integration content in CPI.
  • Manage security configurations within CPI.


Core Skills:

  • SAP CPI: Custom interface implementation, tenant setup, HTTP, FTP/SOAP, OData, Mail, SFTP, SuccessFactors, JMS Adaptor.
  • SuccessFactors Integration: CompoundEmployee API (SFAPI), SF OData API, handling multiple employment profiles, inbound interfaces, SF EC Org structures.
  • Technical Proficiency: XSLT, Message Mapping, Groovy Scripting, Camel Expressions, Data Converters (XML, JSON, CSV, EDI), PGP Encryption/Decryption.
  • Security Management: Key-based and certificate-based authentication, CPI security configuration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years (Consultant) or 5 years (Architect) of hands-on experience with SAP CPI and SuccessFactors integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
