Overview Skilled Trainer who will help trainees back their technical or job-related expertise with necessary soft skills. Should be able to offer strategic soft skills training that includes role-play activities, email/official letter writing training, presentation skills, written communication etc. Excellent communicator with strong abilities to train people and maintain and track all training data.  Qualifications: Any graduation.  Experience: 6 years of exp in training and minimum 4 years’ experience of working as a soft skill trainer. Experience in Content digitalization is preferred Communication Skill:  Possess a very good command over English language. Should be able to communicate with others effectively (verbal and written).  . Working Hours: 40 hours per week as full time employee Job Title: Trainer (soft skills)- Reporting to Manager Skills and abilities: Solid verbal and written communication skills. Mapping out training plans and schedules, designing and developing soft skills training programs.  Gather feedback from trainees after each session. Maintain updated curriculum database and training records. Should be able to schedule, systematize soft skills training.  Maintain professional training environment. Collecting, creating training content to digitize soft skill training. Audit/proof read email/official letters. Evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking. Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees. Should be responsible for developing training on proper documentation, letter writing etc. Track training progress and publish reports. soft skills training experience, content digitation knowledge and any certification on these will be preferred
