Now, we’re building the next version of our product — a scalable, automation-first platform that transforms how people approach their careers.About the RoleWe're looking for a Founding Partner – Growth & Strategy to join us in building Mentorque from the ground up.This isn’t a salaried position — it’s a revenue upside/equity based opportunity for someone hungry to build, experiment, and scale a company that’s already generating traction and revenue. That being said, we have generated proof of concept by validating our product in the market and have a constant flow of paying customers.You’ll have full freedom to lead initiatives across:• Product growth, marketing funnels, and automation workflows• Strategic partnerships and revenue generation• Experimentation with new user acquisition channels• Building systems that scale operations and impactWho This Is For• Hustler mindset: comfortable with uncertainty, fast experiments, and constant iteration.• Preferably IIT/IIM/Top-tier institute background, but mindset > pedigree.• Bonus: past startup/founder experience.• Someone who has a bias for actionWhat’s In It For You• Equity / revenue-share based upside — you eat what you build• Access to an existing revenue-generating client base and validated product• True creative control and co-ownership in scaling a high-growth startupMore importantly, this is for you if you’re driven by creation, ownership, and the thrill of building something from scratch — with real traction and real upside.If you’re genuinely interested, reach out to with 3 reasons why you’re the right fit for this role.
