Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced
Developer
with hands-on expertise in
Dialogflow
to join our dynamic development team in
Chennai
. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable backend services and chatbot solutions, with a deep understanding of API integrations and cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using
    .
  • Build and enhance conversational agents using
    Dialogflow (CX and ES)
    .
  • Integrate Dialogflow bots with backend systems and third-party APIs.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with proper documentation.
  • Work closely with front-end developers, product managers, and UX designers to deliver high-quality features.
  • Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues across environments.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and QA for CI/CD and testing processes.

Required Skills:

  • 4 to 6 years
    of professional experience in
    development.
  • Proven experience with
    Dialogflow
    (ES/CX), including intent training, entity design, and webhook integrations.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and third-party integrations.
  • Experience with
    JavaScript
    ,

  • Proficiency in working with databases like
    MongoDB

    MySQL
    , or
    PostgreSQL
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
