Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in Business Analysis, IT consulting, and Software Integration Solutions, with a minimum of 3 to 4 years focused on COPA projects and solution deployment; 2 to 3 years of domain experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in facilitating the implementation and support of SAP Financial processes and business functions, with a specific emphasis on FICO Controlling – encompassing Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project System, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month End Close, Overhead assessment, and settlement.
  • Preferably hands-on experience and expertise in SAP S/4 HANA Finance configuration, migration, and Fiori applications on the latest HANA releases.
  • Engage in discussions with clients, business, and technical counterparts, as well as project management, regarding the functionality, features, benefits, and impact of Management Accounting CO (Costing) and PA (Profitability Analysis).
  • Articulate descriptions of organizational objects, configuration, master data, transaction data, and periodic activities related to CO PA.
  • Deliver system blueprints, configuration documentation, and functional specifications for leveraging objects and developing enhanced RICEFW solutions in CO PA.
  • Act as a CO functional consultant in SAP Application implementation or maintenance projects, offering accurate, trusted, and reliable insights into the functionality and impact of CO PA objects.
  • Coordinate with FI, MM, and PP consultants, ABAP developers, and other personnel from cross-integration modules, SAP-related products, and external systems handling CO PA data.
  • Thrives in a dynamic startup environment, fostering creativity in problem-solving, and effectively interacts with client partners, C-suite leadership teams, and cross-functional processes and application teams.
  • Results-oriented, demonstrating a proactive "CAN-DO" attitude, adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of leading teams from the front.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in team management.
  • ERP System: ECC 6.0
  • SAP S/4 HANA: Preferably knowledgeable in SAP S/4 HANA Finance configuration in the latest HANA releases.
  • SAP Financial: General Ledger/New General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Special Purpose Ledger, Funds Management, Sales and Distribution, Material Management, and Material Ledger.
  • Controlling: Cost Element/Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing (CO-PC), Profit Center Accounting (CO-PCA), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
  • Applications: Proficient in MS Visio, MS Access, MS Word, PowerPoint, and MS Excel.
  • Bachelor's in Commerce/Cost Accounting/Chartered Accountancy with 2-3 years of domain function experience.
