Key Responsibilities 1. Salon Inventory ManagementManage stock for hair, colour, beauty & spa productsMonitor product usage post-servicesConduct daily and weekly stock auditsMaintain minimum stock levels and reorder pointsTrack consumption stylist-wise/department-wisePrevent wastage and ensure responsible usage2. Retail Stock ManagementMaintain accurate retail inventoryEnsure timely replenishmentUpdate POS for inward/outward stockTrack fast-moving and slow-moving SKUsMaintain display, pricing, and barcode consistency3. Procurement & CoordinationRaise purchase requests and manage vendor ordersTrack delivery timelinesMaintain purchase records and billsCoordinate with management on approvals4. Office & Admin InventoryTrack office supplies, consumables & pantry itemsMaintain stock for administrative and operational needs5. Reporting & DocumentationDaily stock updatesWeekly audit reportsMonthly consumption & wastage reportsStock valuation and variance reportsWho We’re Looking ForExperience in salon/beauty/spa/hospitality inventory (preferred but not mandatory)Strong organisational and documentation skillsBasic knowledge of Excel/Google SheetsFamiliarity with POS systems (Zenoti, Phorest, or similar)Reliable, detail-oriented, and process-driven
