The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: Responsibilities: Develop and implement OCR solutions to extract text from scanned documents, images, pdf. Develop and implement machine / deep learning solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions with existing or new models and applications. Conduct thorough analysis and testing of solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in OCR technology and apply this knowledge to improve existing solutions. Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and stakeholders. Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials. Requirements:Engineering or master’s degree in computer science, mathematics or image processing. 3-5 years in computer vision and machine/deep learning. Strong background in vision, image & video processing and experience with OCR tools and libraries (, Tesseract, OpenCV, etc.) Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, .NET Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Commitment to deliver within agreed scope and on time. Good professional English communication skills Nice to Have:Experience with cloud-based OCR solutions CRAFT, TrOCR, PARseq, EasyOCR, BLIP Familiar with cloud technologies Knowledge of data preprocessing and data augmentation techniques Experience with data visualization tools and libraries (, Matplotlib, Seaborn, etc.) Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems (, Git) Notions of French is a plus.
