Role & responsibilities

  • Responsible for supervising daily operations of APL line, roll shop, Cold rolling mill, Annealing, pickling etc
  • Ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, and managing the team
  • Supervising production processes, coordinating with other departments, and implementing improvements to optimize performance and minimize downtime
  • Allocation of manpower, training, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
  • Good in MS Office / Excel/PP etc.
  • Supervising personnel, managing production schedules, maintaining equipment, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
  • Taking a key part in planning, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives within the roll shop

Preferred candidate profile

  • Candidate having experience to work on Cold rolling mill, Continuous Annealing line, Roll shop, pickling line production.
  • Prefer Candidate from Steel industry
