You’ll play a key role in helping businesses grow through our cutting-edge marketing and automation services.This is not just a sales role — it’s an opportunity to learn directly from industry experts , master high-ticket closing frameworks, and build a career in strategic consulting + digital growth.What You’ll Do Handle inbound leads and follow-up from calendar bookings, Whats App, and CRMUnderstand the prospect’s business, pain points, and potential goalsDeliver tailored sales pitches using our Framework and discovery processConvert leads into clients by aligning solutions with their business goalsMaintain CRM records, follow-up loops, and proposal communicationCoordinate with Account Managers for seamless onboarding post-closure✅ Must-Have Skills Excellent spoken & written communication (English + Hindi + Gujarati preferred)Confident, friendly, and empathetic listenerAbility to understand business needs and think strategicallyObsession with learning & improving sales techniquesSelf-motivated with strong follow-up disciplineNice-to-Have Experience in sales, customer success, or digital services (even internships)Familiarity with CRMs like ZOHO, Hub Spot, etc.Knowledge of marketing terms (ads, funnels, landing pages) is a bonusWhat You’ll Get Structured training under 10+ years of industry experienceAccess to premium sales & marketing toolsExposure to multiple industries (toys, real estate, solar, ed-tech, and more)Fixed + performance-based incentive structurePathway to becoming a Client Consultant / Growth StrategistGrowth Track (Based on Performance) Sales Closer (Base Role)Client Consultant (Own your industry vertical)Strategic Sales Head (Lead your own sales team)
