Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Data Science Analyst with strong expertise in Media Analytics and a proven track record in driving marketing measurement and optimization. The role will be responsible for delivering actionable insights, evaluating marketing effectiveness, and driving data-backed recommendations to optimize media investments.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7–8 years of experience in Data Science/Analytics with a strong focus on media measurement, marketing effectiveness, and performance optimization
- Hands-on expertise in advanced statistical modeling, attribution, and experimental design
- Proficiency in tools such as Python, R, SQL, and visualization platforms (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience in Media Mix Modeling (MMM) is a plus
- Experience in Media Analytics
- Experience in Large Language Models (LLM)
- Experience in Digital Marketing Optimization
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of media analytics solutions to evaluate channel and campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze large-scale marketing, consumer, and business performance datasets to generate actionable insights.
- Partner with business, marketing, and analytics teams to define measurement frameworks and KPIs.
- Translate advanced statistical analyses into clear, business-focused insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in media analytics, measurement methodologies, and tools.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts in media analytics and advanced measurement techniques.
