  • Strong knowledge of Lab testing activities i.e Mechanical, Metallurgical, Chemical testing
  • Knowledge of National/ International standards in testing – ASTM, ASME, DIN, ISO, IS
  • Should have performed testing & test report preparations
  • Planning of activities & Coordination with customer, 3rd party inspection agency and various deportments
  • Shall be convergent with documents like QAP, Manufacturing Procedure (MPP), Material Stamping & Testing (MSTP) , Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Heat Treatment Chart review, etc.
  • Sound knowledge of machining & Heat treatment activities
  • Experience in handling of machine shop & Heat treatment activities (Furnace operation)
  • knowledge & Experience in handling calibration activities with external agencies.
