Job Title: Technical Lead, Location:

Noida/Chandigarh/Pune/BangaloreRole Type: PermanentRole Overview :The Technical Lead is responsible for guiding the technical direction and execution of the pod’s projects, ensuring high standards of quality and innovation. This involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions, focusing on areas like UX design enhancement, POC development, or customized demos. Expertise in software architecture, full-stack development, Agile methodologies, AI/ML, and emerging technologies is required.Common Responsibilities Across All Pods:Technical Leadership :Define and implement the technical strategy and architecture for projects.Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals and technology strategy.Team Development :Mentor developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards.Guide the team in following best practices and achieving technical excellence.Collaboration :Work with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.Coordinate effectively with development teams and other pods.Quality Assurance :Implement and enforce coding standards and best practices.Oversee testing processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.Innovation :Stay updated with emerging technologies to drive innovation.Lead the adoption of new tools and frameworks to enhance productivity.Risk Management :Identify and mitigate technical risks.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.Pod B: Technical Lead - POC and Demo DevelopmentFocus : Develop POCs and demos from the ground up for offering development and large deal submissions.Expanded Expertise Requirements :Basic Skill Set :Programming Knowledge in .Net or Java and Other Backend Technologies :Strong foundational knowledge in backend development using .Net or Java, with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and software architecture.Proficiency in building scalable and robust backend systems, including RESTful API development, microservices architecture, and middleware integration.Familiarity with modern backend frameworks (e.g., ASP.NET Core, Spring Boot) and experience in optimizing backend processes for performance and reliability.Primary Skill :Programming Knowledge on Python or R or Any AI/ML Scripting Languages :Advanced proficiency in Python or R, with a strong focus on data analysis, machine learning, and AI model development.Experience in using popular AI/ML libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, Keras, and Pandas.Implement Node.js servicesAbility to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms that can be integrated into POCs and demos to showcase AI/ML capabilities.Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, and other AI subdomains is highly desirable.Secondary Skill :Exposure to Any Public Cloud Environment :Hands-on experience with at least one major public cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) is essential.Understanding of cloud-native development practices, including serverless computing, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud-based storage solutions.Proficiency in leveraging cloud services for AI/ML model deployment, database management, and scalable computing.Highly Preferred to Have :Experience with Next-Gen Technologies :Familiarity with next-generation technologies such as Gen AI, ML, SAP, Salesforce, and other advanced enterprise solutions.Understanding of how to integrate conversational AI technologies like ChatGPT into existing systems to enhance user interactions and automate processes.Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems like SAP or customer relationship management (CRM) platforms like Salesforce to demonstrate comprehensive, real-world business scenarios in demos.Key Qualifications/Experience :7+ years of experience in backend development and technical leadership, with a focus on AI/ML integration.Strong technical background in .Net or Java or Python or R or similar technologies.Proven ability to develop and deliver innovative POCs and demos that incorporate AI/ML capabilities.Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and next-gen technologies.
