Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Kochi, Infopark (Work from Office)

Experience: Min 6 years


We are looking for a skilled HR Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resource practices and processes. This requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills to ensure the effective and efficient functioning of HR operations.


Key Responsibilities


  • Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure that we attract and hire the best talent.
  • Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee issues, ensuring a positive and productive workplace environment.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and create or procure professional development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Compliance: Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Culture & Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement.
  • Leadership & Support: Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team and support senior management on HR-related matters.


Requirements


  • Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in the HR domain with at least 2 years as an Assistant HR Manager /HR Manager.
  • Industry: Proven experience in the IT industry
  • Education: Bachelors/ Master`s in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labour laws.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Administering benefits and payroll and overseeing time office management.
  • Updating, reviewing, and ensuring accurate maintenance of all employee records and files.
  • Overseeing general administration,organizing events, conducting annual employee surveys.
  • Co-ordinating Performance Appraisal review process,
  • Excellent in multitasking and in HR operations.
  • Ability to build team morale and promote corporate culture.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
