Role:

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in Eazybe’s international expansion, driving revenue and building lasting relationships with clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning the Sales Cycle: Managing the full sales process from prospecting to closing deals with B2B clients in international markets like the UK, UAE, and Europe.
  • Lead Engagement: Leveraging qualified leads provided by SDRs or self-sourced through strategic outreach on LinkedIn, calls, and other channels.
  • Consultative Selling: Understanding client pain points and showcasing Eazybe’s solutions to align with their business needs.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintaining a robust and healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Working with Marketing and SDR teams to align strategies and maximize opportunities.
  • Achieving Revenue Targets: Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales quotas to contribute to company growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 1.5-2 years in a B2B SaaS Account Executive role, preferably with international sales experience in regions like the UK, UAE, or Europe.
  • Proven Track Record: A history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, CRM systems, and familiarity with sales analytics.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
  • Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Self-Driven: A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and thrive in a hybrid work environment.
