Job Summary:

We are currently looking for an Interior Site Engineer with 1-2 years of experience in the field of home interiors. This role involves managing and overseeing the interior and renovation of residential spaces, ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standard and fully captures the design vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the onsite execution of residential interior design projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with design plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate and supervise contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality craftsmanship and adherence to timelines.
  • Manage the procurement and installation of materials, fixtures, and fittings specific to residential interiors.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and meetings with project stakeholders to discuss progress and address any concerns.
  • Solve on-site issues related to design execution, offering technical guidance and innovative solutions to maintain project integrity.
  • Maintain strict safety standards and ensure all site activities comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Document project progress through detailed reports and update the design and management teams accordingly.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field, with a focus on interior design.
  • 1-2 years of experience in managing residential interior design projects.
  • Strong knowledge of residential interiors, materials, and standards.
  • Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
