We are seeking a talented
Content Creator
who can also manage our social media to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about mental health advocacy and possesses exceptional writing and communication skills. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for crafting engaging content across various platforms to raise awareness about mental health issues, promote our app, and foster a supportive online community.
Responsibilities:Develop and implement a
comprehensive content strategy
aligned with our brand values and marketing objectives.Create
high-quality written and visual content for social media platforms , including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.Manage all social media accounts , including content creation, scheduling, posting, and community engagement.Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize reach and engagement.Collaborate across teams to coordinate campaigns, promotions, and partnerships.Cultivate and nurture relationships with influencers, organizations, and mental health advocates to amplify our message.Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media marketing and content creation.Provide regular reports on social media performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.Minimum 1 year and maximum 5 years of experience in content creation (must), social media management or digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare or mental health sector.Strong writing and editing skills with impeccable attention to detail.Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g.,
Canva, Adobe Creative Suite ) and video editing software is a plus though not mandatory.Knowledge and experience in using social media analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).Knowledge and understanding of
Meta Ads (Business Suite), Google Ads, SEO .Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and interact with diverse audiences.Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and empathy-driven communication.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.Understanding of mental health issues and a commitment to promoting mental well-being is highly desirable.
