Cloud Tech Lead - Enterprise Risk -Assistant Vice President

Job TitleDelivery Lead, Counterparty & Market Risk SystemsRole Summary & Role DescriptionThis role is responsible for leading the Engineering team that would design & implement inhouse applications/solutions and integrate the vendor products into theplex landscape of the Bank's Risk Infrastructure which include Datalake and Hadoop ecosystemResponsible for implementation, delivery & support locally. This also involves integration, reporting & analytics, CDCI, test automation and application support.

Required core skills

-• java, spring boot, microservices architecture• experience in leading teams, designing fault tolerant systems• understanding of javascript framework, specifically reactjs• understanding of event framework such as Kafka

Strong in AWS / cloudGood to have

-• experience on AWS migrations• experience on big data stack such as hadoop/spark

Core/Must have skillsMinimum of 10 years of experience in design or architecting the solution with minimum requirements by effectively coordinating activities between business analysts, developers, managers and the end-usersMinimum of 12 Years of experience in coding, debugging and analytical skills: Core problem solving skills, ability to analyze available data and potential solutions, eliminate possible solutions and select an optimal solution.Minimum of 12 Years of hands-on programming experience in core & Advanced JavaStrong knowledge of: Spring, Multithreading, memory management, Spring batch, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, SQL.Strong knowledge of Databases - Cloud, Oracle, Data lake etc.Hands-on experience in CICD.Use advanced technical expertise in analyzing, designing, estimating, and developing software applications to project scheduleHands-on Technology Experience (Desirable): Should have good understanding of DevOps, Cloudputing and the emerging technologies.Good to have skillsExperience working in a geographically spread out teamStrong Leadership & Client Facing SkillsExcellentmunication skills both verbal and writtenResults-oriented: Tenacious, gets things done, should know how to approach the problem statement and identify solutionsSelf-starter & able to work with minimal guidance, and ability to establish oneself within the team
