Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Civil Manager to join our team at SINCLUS, a Mumbai-based staffing services provider. As a Civil Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all civil engineering projects, ensuring their successful completion within budget and timeline. The ideal candidate will have more than 10 years of experience in civil engineering, excellent leadership abilities, and a strong background in managing construction projects.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• More than 10 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in a managerial role
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering civil engineering projects on time and within budget
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, materials, and construction techniques
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize tasks
• Proficient in using relevant software and tools for project management and design
• Familiarity with applicable regulatory codes and standards
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all civil engineering projects, including planning, design, and construction
• Prepare and review project budgets, schedules, and resources allocation
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
• Supervise and guide a team of civil engineers and site staff
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as contractors, architects, and local authorities
• Review and approve design changes, specifications, and technical drawings
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project
• Perform regular site visits to inspect progress, identify any problems, and provide recommendations for improvement
• Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in civil engineering and construction industry
