The Co-Founder will play a key leadership role in driving the company’s growth strategy, managing operations, and building partnerships. Responsibilities include overseeing sales and marketing initiatives, conducting market research, driving new business opportunities, and fostering team collaboration. As a Co-Founder, you will actively contribute to the vision, direction, and sustainability of the organization.Qualifications- Strong analytical skills for strategic decision-making, problem-solving, and data-driven insights- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate, negotiate, and manage relationships- Proven expertise in sales and marketing, with the ability to build strategies that drive growth- Experience in conducting research to understand market trends and customer needs- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and business development- Ability to lead and inspire a team in a dynamic work environment- Familiarity with the influencer marketing industry is a plus- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
