We’re Hiring: Shopify Expert / E-Commerce Manager – Arvaya ClothingLocation: Navsari / RemoteType: Full-time / ContractIndustry: Fashion & Apparel (Women’s Wear)✨ About ArvayaArvaya is an emerging women’s clothing brand based in Navsari, Gujarat, built on the belief that fashion should be inclusive, comfortable, and confident for all body types.Our collections blend elegance, comfort, and tradition with modern aesthetics.We’re now scaling our online presence through our Shopify store — — and are looking for a talented Shopify Expert / E-Commerce Manager to join our growing team.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a skilled professional who can manage, optimize, and grow our online store.This role involves website development, UI/UX improvements, inventory integration, SEO, and digital marketing coordination to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.Key Responsibilities️ Store Management & Optimization- Maintain and update the Shopify website with new products, collections, and banners.- Ensure a seamless user experience and smooth checkout flow.- Integrate payment gateways, discount codes, and loyalty programs.Technical Development- Customize themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Integrate third-party apps (e.g., Busy21, Shiprocket, WhatsApp Chat, etc.).- Optimize store speed and ensure full mobile responsiveness.Product & Inventory Handling- Manage product uploads, tagging, categorization, and variant mapping.- Sync stock and pricing with back-end systems (Busy21 / Excel / Shiprocket).Marketing & Growth- Collaborate with the Social Media team for promotions and ad campaigns.- Run discount codes, festival offers, and loyalty programs.- Track analytics to understand store performance and conversions.SEO & Performance- Implement on-page SEO, meta tags, and structured data for better visibility.- Set up Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to track conversions and insights.- Create weekly/monthly reports with actionable recommendations.Customer Experience- Improve navigation, filters, and search functionality.- Set up automation for abandoned cart recovery, order updates, and newsletters.Qualifications- Proven experience managing or building Shopify stores (1–3 years minimum).- Strong understanding of Shopify themes, Liquid code, SEO, and UI/UX.- Knowledge of Shopify Apps & Integrations (Shiprocket, Busy, WhatsApp, etc.).- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and SEO best practices.- Creative eye for layout, typography, and aesthetics aligned with a fashion brand.- Excellent communication and time management skills.
