Responsibilities:
Perform application administration activities such as installation, managing security, configuration, and developing case flows and interfaces
Responsible for working with Infrastructure Team for setting up the necessary resources in Dev/QA/Prod regions.
Deploy and maintain Pega implementation in a Cloud & On-Prem environment
Delivers and supports software system solutions that support the operations of their functional areas.
Work as part of a project team to ensure that the technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer availability and performance requirements.
Assist with the planning and implementation of patches and upgrades
Responsible for account management and security controls within the Pega platform
Ensure standards are being met before changes are rolled to the production environment
Experience:
Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree/MCA with computer science background or equivalent experience
Minimum 5-6 years of total experience in Pega
Minimum 3 Years of exp as a Pega Admin
Experience in CI/CD setup and configuration
Experience in Pega Administration, Devops, Application Servers, Linux Operating System and Database activities
Establishing Pega Production and Non-Production environments based on the Infrastructure Design Document
Experience in Pega installations & Upgradation activities
Experience in Pega Frameworks & Pega PDC and configurations
Working with Pega application developers to troubleshooting the issues in all Environment
Experience with Cloud platforms and technologies, including Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure is plus
