As part of our rapidly growing Security Operations Center (SOC), you'll be at the forefront of threat detection and incident response for some of the world's most dynamic businesses.Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled and motivated SOC Analyst with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in security monitoring, incident response, and threat analysis. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge in cybersecurity tools, deep analytical thinking, and a proactive attitude toward identifying and mitigating threats.Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze security alerts and logs from SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, firewalls, and other tools.
  • Investigate security incidents and execute containment, eradication, and recovery procedures.
  • Conduct deep-dive forensic analysis of endpoints, logs, and network traffic.
  • Develop and fine-tune correlation rules, dashboards, and automated detection use cases.
  • Document incident reports, root cause analysis, and lessons learned.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance detection capabilities and improve incident response processes.
  • Mentor junior analysts and support escalation as a Tier 2/3 responder.
  • Contribute to threat hunting, red-blue team exercises, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years of experience in a SOC, incident response, or cybersecurity operations role.
  • Proficient with security tools such as SIEM (e.g., Splunk, QRadar), IDS/IPS, EDR (e.g., CrowdStrike, SentinelOne), firewalls, and forensic tools.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, OS internals (Windows/Linux), and security architectures.
  • Expertise in threat detection, digital forensics, and incident response methodologies.
  • Proficient in scripting or automation using tools like Python, PowerShell, or similar.
  • Excellent critical thinking, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Strong documentation practices and ability to work under pressure in high-stakes environments.

Preferred Certifications (Any of the following):

  • CISSP – Certified Information Systems Security Professional
  • GCIH – GIAC Certified Incident Handler
  • GCFA – GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst
  • Or other relevant advanced cybersecurity certifications
