Role Overview

As a Civil Site Engineer, you'll oversee on-site execution of civil & waterproofing projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. You will coordinate with clients, vendors, and the project team to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities


• Supervise daily site activities, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.


• Monitor material usage, quality, and inventory at site.


• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.


• Prepare site progress reports, measurements, and update management regularly.


• Ensure work completion within defined timelines and budgets.


• Identify and resolve technical/site-related issues proactively.


• Maintain safety protocols and compliance with statutory requirements.

Requirements


• Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.


• 0–1 years of experience in site supervision (roofing, waterproofing, or construction preferred).


• Strong knowledge of civil materials, quality standards, and execution practices.


• Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.


• Good communication & problem-solving skills.


• Willingness to travel to multiple project sites across the region.
