Role & responsibilities

Placement Coordination

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, HR managers, and recruiters.
  • Organize campus placement drives and off-campus recruitment opportunities.
  • Assist students in resume building, interview preparation, and career counseling.
  • Ensure high placement rates by aligning students skills with market requirements.

Training and Development

  • Identify student skill gaps and design appropriate training programs.
  • Collaborate with external trainers, alumni, and faculty for workshops on soft skills, aptitude, communication, technical skills, and interview techniques.
  • Arrange internships, live projects, and industrial visits to enhance student exposure.

Administration and Reporting

  • Maintain a comprehensive database of students, placements, and recruiter feedback.
  • Provide regular reports to management on placement status, training effectiveness, and recruiter engagement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

Industry and Alumni Engagement

  • Organize industry talks, expert sessions, and alumni interactions.
  • Collaborate with departments to align curriculum with industry trends.
