Job Description: Client Servicing Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Servicing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client relationship management within advertising and/or digital marketing agencies. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at managing client needs, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.
- Prepare and present reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in client servicing within an advertising or digital marketing agency is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in using CRM software and project management tools.

Candidates without experience in advertising or digital marketing agencies need not apply. This experience is essential for the role.
