Key Responsibilities

  • Actively search and bid on relevant projects on online platforms like Upwork, Guru, and others.
  • Draft clear, persuasive, and customized proposals to win potential clients.
  • Maintain and update profiles on multiple freelancing websites.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to understand project requirements and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Track and report the status of bids and follow up on proposals.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Guru, Fiverr, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to write compelling and customized proposals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Quick learner with a passion to grow in the freelancing industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience in proposal writing or working with clients.
  • B-Tech,

BCA MCA any diploma in IT or computer science, are also eligible
