We’re seeking a skilled UX Writer with experience in developing and shaping content across diverse platforms such as apps, websites, and push notifications. The ideal candidate will have a portfolio of UX-focused writing samples and a background in crafting content strategies for various user experiences, including product communications, notifications, and FAQs. Collaboration with designers, researchers, engineers, and product managers is also essential.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Write clear, creative, and customer-focussed UX content for digital assets such as the app and website in line with the brand’s tone and voice
- Use craft, empathy, logic, and data for in-app comms, push notifications, mailers, and other app-related communication
- Write & edit copy for all in-app scenarios including user navigation, informational, instructional & error messages, help center bot, etc.
- Over and above, there will be requirements from time-to-time such as requirements from other stakeholders like PR & Social team, Internal Communications and HR team.
What is needed for the role:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent practical experience 2-3 years of experience in user-focused product writing
- Experience creating and shaping content for multi-disciplinary projects (App, Website, Push Notifications, etc.)
- A portfolio of UX-focused writing samples.
- Experience working with content strategies for user experiences, from product-related communications to notifications to even FAQs
- Experience partnering with designers, researchers, engineers, and product managers
