Zeal is a leading company dedicated to optimizing contract management processes through innovative technology solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation and ongoing management of our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform.
Position Overview:
The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial planning to execution and post-implementation support. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of contract management processes and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of the Contract Lifecycle Management platform, including defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and objectives, including internal stakeholders and external vendors.- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to minimize disruption and ensure project success.- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and drive continuous improvement of the CLM platform.- Provide regular project status updates, reports, and presentations to senior management and key stakeholders.- Ensure compliance with project management best practices, company policies, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.- Facilitate user training and adoption of the CLM platform, including developing training materials and conducting workshops as needed.- Support post-implementation activities, including system enhancements, troubleshooting, and user support to maximize the value of the CLM platform.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in contract management or related software implementation projects.- Strong understanding of contract management processes, including contract creation, negotiation, execution, and compliance.- Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software solutions is highly desirable.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering results and driving continuous improvement.- Ability to travel occasionally for project meetings, workshops, and vendor engagements, as needed.
