Please share CV to with the below details: Total Experience- Current CTC- Expected CTC- Notice Period- JD: Head of Process & Delivery About the Role We are seeking a Head of Process & Delivery to act as the operational anchor for our 100+ person software engineering organization. This role ensures that delivery is executed with rigor, teams remain focused on their defined areas of responsibility, and commitments are consistently met. Product defines what to build, Architecture defines how to build and the Head of Delivery & Process enforces the processes, governance, and accountability that make delivery predictable and reliable. Key Responsibilities Delivery Governance: Establish and enforce delivery frameworks, ISO-aligned processes, and clear accountability models. Focus & Discipline: Ensure teams stay aligned to their scope of responsibility, preventing overlap, gaps, or misaligned priorities. Tooling Excellence: Drive consistent use of Jira, Confluence, dashboards, and reporting for visibility, tracking, and accountability. Metrics & Compliance: Define and enforce KPIs, SLAs, and quality gates to ensure predictable outcomes. Operational Rigor: Standardize SDLC practices across reviews, release readiness, and retrospectives. Risk & Escalation Management: Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; enforce mitigation and escalation protocols. Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of operational efficiency, consistency, and adherence to best practices. Qualifications 18+ years in software engineering and delivery leadership with large, distributed teams. Strong background in application/software development. Proven success in enforcing process and accountability across organizations of 100+ people. Expertise in delivery tools (Aha, Jira, Confluence, dashboards) and process frameworks (ISO, CMMI, Agile scaling). Exceptional organizational, governance, and decision-making skills. Ability to act as the enforcing authority to keep teams disciplined, aligned, and focused on results.
