Solution Architect – Supply Chain Analytics

As part of our Sales team, you contribute day in and day out to our Sales pipeline and help accelerate opportunities by shape our growth strategy and work cross-functionally day-to-day to drive SaaS revenue aimed at attaining or eclipsing overall company targets. We believe in creating something big with the smartest technologies and people like you.YOUR ROLE AT AIONEERSLead the solution design (technical, analytical and functional) for our software implementation projectsAct as a liaison between project management, data science and product teams to effectively translate business and technical nitty-gritty across the boardCollaboratively work with diverse group of data scientists, analytics consultants, business consultants and data engineers to drive successful project implementationsDesign and own the implementation plan for project execution. Own design of analytics required for problem solvingProvide technical leadership during project scoping, user stories formulation, Proof of concepts development and importantly project executionProvide domain knowledge and functional leadership to data engineers and data scientists for effective technical solution developmentRun project scrums to ensure user stories are effectively translated to the project teamsConduct thorough reviews of the software solutions developed to ensure user expectations are met
YOUR PROFILESupply chain analytics and solutions lead with a strong mix of technical and functional skills to lead large scale client engagements solving complex supply chain problemsDesign thinker at heart, having a knack for solutioning high impact business problems in the areas of demand planning, inventory optimization, S&OP, order fulfilment, supply planning optimization, SRM
and other key supply chain functional areasUnderstands the system architecture principles, the latest technology stack and trends from execution to business intelligence including master data management within the domain of supply chain managementHas the mindset to design scalable, modular and performance optimized software solutions pivoted on user experienceMathematical and algorithmic thinker with ability to formulate actionable recommendations through data driven insight miningExcellent problem-solving skills with ability to quickly identify root causes and unitary problems, knows the art of prioritization and sequentializationA self-starter and continuous learner who takes full ownership of end-to-end solution implementationAn efficient articulator with vertically integrated communication style and ability to cater to information needs of all types of users (operational, tactical, and executive)Great stakeholder management abilities to work with product, client, technical and internal executives to deliver paramount client experienceProfessional experience and technical skills7+ years of core analytics experience with at least 3+ years of experience in leading supply chain analytics engagements for large scale clients from NA, EU regionsExecuted the role of solution architect for larger companies and with international teamsSupply chain domain knowledge in the areas of demand planning, inventory planning, supply planning, SRM, fulfilment and other key functionsStrong visualization and story boarding skills. Ability to mine insightful findings from data to tell compelling business storiesExpertise working with leading business intelligence software like Power BI, Qlik, Tableau. Expertise in data modelling required for insight generationExpertise in designing data engineering pipelines to transform the raw data into consumption ready analytics data modelsProficient in Python, PySpark , SQL. Knowledge of azure data engineering services like Azure Databricks, Azure SQL etc.Knowledge of supply chain data systems and software like SAP ERP, SAP HANA, SAP BW, internal lake houses built on snowflake, data bricks etc.Proven track record of employing advanced analytics methodologies and innovative analytics frameworks to solve supply chain problemsExpertise in directly handling executive clients, together shaping the business problems while providing thought leadership in solution designExperience implementing agile project management methodologies like SCRUM principles using Azure DevOps, Jira etc.Knowledge of Machine learning, statistical modelling and Operations Research applications (demand forecasting, simulation-based optimization techniques, discrete optimization, predictive analytics etc.) in supply chain are sought after.
