Answers procedure questions by researching and interpreting Loan and Banking policy and regulations. Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends. Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential. Administrative support  Should be comfortable using emails Operating Computer and Internet, receiving and replying emails. Should be comfortable using computers and internet Should know Ms Office (excel, word , ppt) Command in written English language. Logical & Analytical abilities. Humble and customer-oriented approach. Methodological and systematic working. share timely reports with the management

Requirements

Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.) Knowledge of office management  Proficient in Hindi, English , Gujarati Strong communication and people skills Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities Problem-solving skills Customer service orientation
