Job Description: We seek a creative, dynamic, and highly motivated Social Media & Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media trends, content creation, and audience engagement. You will be responsible for creating and managing content across various social media platforms, aiming to build and maintain our brand presence, engage with our audience, and support marketing goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-Time Content Creators
  • Develop and execute a content strategy for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Create original, high-quality content, including on-site content, videos, stories, and reels.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, and messages, and participating in online conversations.
  • Research and stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with branding, product launches, and campaigns.
  • Analyze content performance through metrics and insights, making adjustments to improve reach and engagement.
  • Manage content calendars and schedules to ensure consistent posting and timely content releases.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends to generate creative ideas and strategies for content.
  • Implement paid social media campaigns and assist in influencer partnerships when applicable.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all content and communication channels.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) and analytics tools.
  • Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) and video editing software.
  • Knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and audience engagement tactics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Creative, self-motivated, and passionate about staying ahead in the digital landscape.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with influencer marketing or partnership campaigns.
  • Experience in creating content for specific industries (e.g., fashion, tech, beauty, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of photography and videography.
