Job Title: Manager / Sr. Manager - US Medical Billing (Practice Excellence) Company: Nath Outsourcing Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Location: Mohali (Punjab) Job Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager/Senior Manager to lead our Practice Excellence department. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, collaborating to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure high levels of satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution. Strategic Onboarding & Transitions: Lead the seamless transition and onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth handover of processes and building strong, lasting relationships from day one. Operational Excellence & Process Improvement: Monitor and analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends and drive actionable improvements. Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to enhance processes and resolve challenges. Revenue Cycle Management Expertise: Apply comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end RCM, including Patient Intake, Charge Entry, Payment Posting, A/R Management, Credentialing, and Patient Collections to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Leadership & Team Development: Lead by example, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Effectively manage and utilize team members to meet process requirements and strategic goals. Qualifications & Experience: A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in US Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). At least 3-4 years in a leadership role , managing teams and driving operational results. Minimum of 2 years of direct client communication experience with US Physicians and/or their front office staff. Must be a graduate in any stream.
