Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for an L3 Engineer – Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) IDAM, Identity Protection & Governance. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting identity and access management (IAM) systems, particularly focused on Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). Daily tasks include configuring and maintaining Microsoft Exchange, leveraging Powershell for automation, and administrating SharePoint. Additionally, the role involves addressing complex IT issues and implementing solutions to improve system performance and security.

Qualifications

  • Experience in troubleshooting and solving complex IT issues
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Exchange and SharePoint
  • Strong skills in Powershell scripting for automation tasks
  • Background in Information Technology, particularly in IAM solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
