Job Title : Odoo Functional Consultant


Job Location : Ahmedabad & Delhi


Experience Required : 3 to 5 Years


Work Mode : Work from Office, Full Time


Roles and Responsibilities :


- Requirement Analysis : Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into functional requirements within the Odoo framework.


- Odoo Implementation : Lead the full life cycle of Odoo ERP implementation projects, including planning, configuration, testing, and go-live support.


- Customization : Customize Odoo modules to meet specific business requirements, ensuring the solution aligns with client processes and objectives.


- User Training : Provide comprehensive training sessions to ensure that end-users are proficient in using Odoo ERP systems.


- Support & Troubleshooting : Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for Odoo systems, addressing issues promptly and ensuring smooth operation.


- Client Interaction : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice and recommendations to optimize their use of Odoo.


- Documentation : Prepare detailed documentation for configurations, customizations, and business processes to maintain a clear record of project activities.


As a Functional Consultant, you'll work with our clients and developers to help them use ERP to its full potential. You'll be responsible for communicating with clients, coordinating projects, and managing the implementation process.


Must have Skills :


- Deep understanding of Odoo ERP modules (such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM)


- Hands on Experience with Odoo ERP implementation.


- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams


Education Qualification :


- BE / B Tech in Computer Science, IT or related field


- M Sc / M Tech in Computer Science, IT, MCA
