About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who is passionate about solving high-impact problems in a fast-paced scaling environment with a high degree of autonomy. In this role you will work closely with teams across Tech, Product, Design, Finance, Data & Ops to drive our vision into reality. We are driven by a ‘user-first’ mindset. 

Responsibilities: 

• Devise the product vision and strategy: Assist in defining both long-term strategy and quarterly roadmap to achieve the product vision and create an impact.
• Conceptualize new solutions: assist product conceptualization with a problem first, data-driven, and test and iterate approach.
• Understand market, user behavior and ideate new products
• Ensures conceptualization from a platform and a long-term view. Ensures value-based prioritization of product initiatives.
• Collaborate with finance/ops, engineering, design, and other product teams to build products that are loved. produce high-quality product specifications and effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver products that create a timely impact.
• Launch products: draft and execute a go-to-market plan for internal customers.
• Daily activities: aggregating internal customer feedback and insights, influencing and defining the product vision and strategy, creating requirements, working with engineering and design to deliver an effective product, ensuring adoption, measuring and tracking the progress of outcomes through data and insights

Requirements: 

• Experience of 5+ yrs in product management in a tech-led company (consumer internet space and gaming is must).

• Strong technical knowledge - A technical BE/B.Tech degree from Tier 1 Institutions or equivalent experience in a high growth tech company or startup.
• Exceptional problem solving skills based on first principles thinking.
• Good understanding of technology, and comfort with product management processes such as A/B experimentation, writing product requirement documents, managing product backlogs, and creating roadmaps.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills to get work done across different functions and drive product development.
• Data-driven-You are obsessed with data and know how to make data talk
• Customer-first approach-You think customer first and are unwilling to make compromises on customer experience and usability
