Sales & Marketing Co-Founder (CRO / CMO) – Drive learner acquisition, close corporate upskilling contracts, and take the brand nationwide & worldwide.???? Technical Co-Founder (CTO / Head of Learning & Labs) – Lead product & curriculum in AI/ML, build and scale cloud lab infrastructure, and mentor our instructor network.What's on the table:· Equity: 10–25% each (negotiable, tied to role & investment)· Capital Contribution: ₹20–50 L each — mandatory for runway growth· Salary: Zero until traction → stable revenue → funding· Commitment: Full-time, 3–5 years to build an enduring category leaderWe're not starting from scratch.We're building on a foundation that's already working — and scaling it into something the market truly needs.If you've got the skill, the drive, and the appetite to build something real in AI education, you can apply, but better DM me.
