Role Description
We are looking for an experienced professional for a full-time, on-site Front Office Receptionist position. The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for managing reception duties, ensuring smooth front office operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and effectively communicating with guests and team members. Experience in the hospitality industry is required.
Qualifications
Hotel experience is mandatory
Expertise in managing Receptionist Duties and Front Office Operations
Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication Skills
Strong focus on Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations
High school diploma or equivalent
