We're looking for a data-driven and inquisitive Market Research Analyst to join our team. You'll play a vital role in conducting research, analyzing market trends, and providing actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization.Responsibilities:Design and conduct market research studies using various methodologies (surveys, interviews, focus groups, etc.)Analyze large datasets from various sources (market research reports, customer surveys, social media)Identify key market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysisTranslate complex data into clear, concise, and visually compelling reports and presentationsCommunicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders across departments (marketing, sales, product development)Stay up-to-date on industry trends, consumer behavior, and research methodologiesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum 2+ years of experience in market research or a similar analytical roleStrong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, Excel)Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to diverse audiencesExperience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plusAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesA curious mind and a passion for understanding market dynamics
