What will your role look like
- Lead to oversee and drive our recruitment efforts.
- Partner with business leaders and HR to attract, engage, and hire top talent aligned with our companys goals and culture.
- Lead a team of recruiters and be responsible for developing innovative sourcing strategies, optimizing recruitment processes, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Develop and execute the talent acquisition strategy aligned with company goals.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing recruiting team.
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand workforce needs and build effective hiring plans.
- Design and implement efficient, inclusive, and scalable recruitment processes.
- Utilize data and metrics to drive decisions and continuously improve performance.
- Oversee employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage recruitment technology (ATS, sourcing tools) and ensure optimal use.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory employment standards.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in all hiring practices.

We would like you to bring along
- Experience (7+ years) in Talent Acquisition, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing techniques.
- Experience in high-growth environments or fast-paced industries is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track KPIs and optimize for success.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
