  • Required Skills:

Backend Skill

  • Python 3.x
  • Django (preferred) or Flask
  • Django Rest Framework (DRF)
  • WebSockets (e.g., Django Channels or Socket.IO)
  • Integration with real-time communication tools (Zoom SDK, WebRTC)
  • PostgreSQL or MySQL
  • Redis (caching/sessions)
  • REST APIs with JWT/OAuth2 authentication

Frontend Skills

  • (preferred), or / Angular
  • HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
  • WebRTC / Zoom / Webex SDK integration
  • Real-time chat/notifications UI (using WebSockets or Pusher)
  • Responsive design using Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS

DevOps / Deployment

  • Docker
  • Nginx + Gunicorn
  • CI/CD with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI/CD
  • Experience with AWS, DigitalOcean, or equivalent cloud platforms
  • Git for version control

Security / Compliance

  • Awareness of security vulnerabilities such as SQLi, XSS, CSRF

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a software developer.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B campaign types.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zones).
