Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive business process assessments and requirements gathering sessions with clients.Design and configure Workday solutions to align with client requirements.Execute data migration and integration activities with precision.Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and conduct thorough testing cycles.Deliver comprehensive training to end-users on Workday functionality.Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues for Workday users.Stay abreast of Workday product updates and enhancements.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in implementing and supporting Workday HCM and/or Financials modules.In-depth understanding of HR and/or finance business processes.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.Project management skills (preferred).
