We are seeking a seasoned Technical Team Lead to guide our local IT Services Management Team while also contributing as a software developer.

In this role, you will oversee the application management of a B2C application, ensuring it meets the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and fulfils customer expectations. You will also be involved in Support & Enhancement projects as needed. Collaboration with the Senior Project Manager in Germany will be a key aspect of this role.

We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Software Developer with extensive experience in Frontend and Backend with DevOps knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Problem Management & Incident Management activities: Identifying and resolving technical issues and errors that arise during application usage.
  • Release and Update Coordination: Planning and executing software updates, new versions, or system upgrades to keep applications up to date.
  • Change Management: Responsible for implementing and coordinating changes to the application, considering the impact on ongoing operations.
Requirements: Education and Experience:

A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience or equivalent work experience.

Skills & Expertise:
  • Proficient in ITIL service management frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experienced in project management methodologies (Agile, Kanban).
  • Excellent English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Readiness to work on Support & Enhancement projects, including occasional on-call duties as needed.
  • Good knowledge in Frontend Technologies like React, Spring Boot, Azure, Kubernetes, and DevOps tools.
