Als Scrum Master, zul je:
  • Een expert zijn in agile denken en het scrum framework, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat zowel de teams als hun omgeving een hoger volwassenheidsniveau bereiken.
  • Het initiatief nemen om verbeteringen of obstakels te bespreken en de teams informatie, tools of nieuwe ideeën bieden om hun manier van werken te verbeteren.
  • De teams leren, faciliteren, coachen en begeleiden om continu te leren, verbeteren en betere manieren te vinden om waarde te leveren en de doelstellingen van de afdeling te bereiken.
  • Verbonden zijn met twee scrum teams en verantwoordelijk zijn voor het toepassen van het scrum framework en agile principes binnen deze teams.
  • Je enthousiasme en ervaring gebruiken om van onschatbare waarde te zijn in:
  • Het coachen van de scrum teams en het verbeteren van de samenwerking tussen teamleden en stakeholders.
  • Het overbrengen van agile lessen aan de teams en ervoor zorgen dat ze scrum uitvoeren zoals beschreven in de scrum gids en de SAFe principes omarmen.
  • Deelnemen aan de scrum master guild om kennis uit te wisselen met collega scrum masters.
  • Teams begeleiden in het continu verbeteren van de kwaliteit van hun producten.
  • Nauw samenwerken met andere scrum masters om systeemdenken en continue verbetering vanuit het grotere geheel toe te passen.
  • Individuen in het team ondersteunen als coach door hen scherp te coachen op gedrag en verwachtingen.

Wat jij in huis hebt:
  • Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als toegewijde Scrum Master binnen een grote organisatie, waarbij je meerdere soorten teams hebt begeleid.
  • Ervaring met schaalbaarheidskwesties.
  • In het bezit van een PSM 2 certificaat.
  • Ervaring in het verhogen van het agile volwassenheidsniveau van teams en organisaties.
  • Ervaring met IT-implementaties binnen complexe omgevingen en het vermogen om de juiste acties te initiëren om teams en hun omgevingen in beweging te krijgen.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk).
  • Focus op het bereiken van groei en ontwikkeling van teams en organisaties.
  • Organisatorische gevoeligheid, wat betekent dat je je aanpak gemakkelijk kunt afstemmen op de werkelijkheid.

Je moet in staat zijn om:
  • Scrum teams te coachen en begeleiden om de samenwerking en prestaties te verbeteren.
  • Het scrum framework en agile principes effectief toe te passen.
  • De continue verbetering van teams en hun producten te faciliteren.
  • Samen te werken met andere scrum masters om organisatorische verbetering te stimuleren.
  • Individuen te ondersteunen en te coachen op gedrag en verwachtingen.
