Roles & Responsibilities:Technical Leadership and Product Development: Drive product development across its lifecycle – from planning and requirement analysis to design, implementation, validation, verification, and field testing. Apply technical expertise to enhance system functionality and efficiency.Feature Prioritization and Integration: Analyze and prioritize features within OAM sub-systems, ensuring phased and synchronized system delivery. Collaborate seamlessly with teams and partners for successful system integration and user acceptance testing.Performance Enhancement and Quality Focus: Continuously refine system performance through innovative approaches. Deliver high-quality outcomes while upholding industry standards.Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, propose innovative solutions, and enhance OAM processes for network efficiency and quality.Mandatory Skills:LTE Network Expertise: In-depth understanding of 4G LTE architecture, protocols, interfaces, and components to ensure smooth network operations.OAM Protocols: Proficiency in OAM protocols, procedures, and tools for LTE networks, including fault management, configuration management, performance management, and security management.
